Shipping & Delivery

We ship via First Class Mail to anywhere in the US and Canada.  From time to time we may experience popular items on backorder from our wholesalers.  In the event of a backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated ship date.  You are never obligated to a backordered item and may cancel the order at any time prior to shipment.    Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days.  Many of our items are warehoused throughout the country and shipped to our studio to be packaged in our lovely signature gift bags and then on to the buyer.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible and will send a tracking number the moment your item has shipped.


International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.


Returns & Replacement

At Swell Caroline, we stand behind the items we sell as we represent only the highest quality fabricators.  We maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and they have proven to stand behind their products.  If you do not feel that your jewelry has met your expectations, please notify us at info {at} SwellCaroline.com.  We take the time to carefully inspect each piece before shipping. Occasionally something does get damaged en route. If this happens and you receive a damaged item please email us within 7 days.  We will repair or replace any defective items.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process. We recommend purchasing tracking for your return.

Please note that (with the exception of some monogrammed items) our items are costume in nature and are durable but will show wear and tear after time.  We will repair or replace any item with a manufacturing defect, but please use reasonable efforts to ensure your jewelry is well cared for. (Excluding Monogrammed charms which can be remade HERE. ) Our genuine metal monogrammed items are guaranteed for one year from the purchase date provided the item has been well cared for.  While not the most fashionable, we recommend storing all jewelry in zip lock bags.  Oxidation is the enemy of jewelry and keeping pieces in air tight storage is the best way to extend the life of your jewels.

If you feel an item has been misrepresented or you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for a return shipping slip.  With the exception of personalized or monogram items, you may exchange your item for store credit.  Returned items must be unworn with tags attached and intact.

Earrings and sale items are final sale and not refundable.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as PayPal.  Prices are subject to change at any time.  We may run promotions at our discretion from time to time (be on the lookout!). We process payment on all orders when we recieve the order. This includes monogrammed items. If something is on backorder we will let you know as soon as possible and offer to let you hold or cancel the order. Items purchased using promotionall vouchers are not eligible for returns, though we are able to accommodate exchanges.


Viewing Orders

Orders are viewable online if you have registered for a Swell Caroline account.  You may track your orders and view all order details in this account as well as view prior purchases and wishlist items.  You can also email your wishlist to anyone - a great way to drop a hint!  If you would like a status update on your order, please check your item's shipping date first - production times vary and are clearly stated on each product page.   If your item is past the date it should ship please feel free call or email us. Updating Account Information

Updating your account information is highly recommended to ensure we send communications to the proper email and postal address.  We encourage adding your phone number as well - we like to keep it personal and will often call you to give you a status update for your order.

Your information will never be viewed by a third party without your consent unless it is required by law.  The personal information we collect from you is used only to help us fulfill your order at our store.
